Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-14
1. Parties and definitions
This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is entered into between you (the service user, "you" or "User") and the platform operator ("we", "us" or "Platform"). The Platform provides enterprise GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) SaaS services, including AI visibility monitoring, content generation, knowledge base management, content distribution and reporting ("Services"). By registering and accepting this Agreement, you agree to be bound by it.
2. Account registration and security
You must provide true, accurate and complete registration information and safeguard your credentials. Enabling multi-factor authentication (2FA) is recommended for high-privilege accounts. Losses caused by your credential disclosure are your responsibility; report suspicious logins immediately. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
3. Services and licence
Services are provided per your selected plan; specific features, quotas and limits are as described in the plan and Platform publications. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Services during the service term. You may not use the Services for purposes other than those agreed.
4. Content responsibility and compliance
You bear full responsibility for content generated and published through the Platform, and warrant that such content does not violate laws or infringe third-party rights. The Platform provides compliance pre-checks (sensitive words, prohibited words, anti-poisoning) as an auxiliary tool; such checks do not constitute legal advice, and final publication legality is your confirmation. AI-generated content is labelled as required by regulation.
5. Data ownership and use
Data you submit and generate belongs to you; the Platform processes it only as necessary to provide services. The Platform retains operational analytics rights over usage statistics, provided such analytics do not identify you.
6. Fees, renewal and refunds
Fees are charged per your selected plan, as shown on the order page. Renewal reminders are sent before expiry. Unpaid services are suspended; data is retained for 30 days for export. Except as required by law or otherwise agreed, paid fees are generally non-refundable; where the Platform is unable to provide services due to its own fault, we will refund the unused portion proportionally.
7. Availability and limitations
The Platform is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Short interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades or force majeure will be restored promptly with notice. You agree that the Platform's liability for indirect loss arising from third-party AI engine outages does not exceed the service fees actually received.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform's software, interface design, trademarks and documentation are owned by the Platform or the relevant rights holders. You may not reverse engineer, crack or create derivative works from the Platform software (except as permitted by law).
9. Liability and disclaimer
Any party causing loss to the other in breach of this Agreement bears liability per law. The Platform disclaims liability, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for losses caused by force majeure, third-party service failures or your own improper operation.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. The Platform may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement and fail to remedy the breach after notice, or as required by law. Upon termination, provisions which by their nature should survive (such as data ownership, intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution) remain in effect.
11. Agreement changes
Updates are posted on the page; material changes affecting your core rights are notified 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court at the platform operator's location.
