1. Who we are
This platform ("GEOForce") is operated by the platform operator ("we", "us", or "the Platform"). The operator's legal name, registered address and contact details are set out in the "Contact us" section at the end of this policy, and are subject to the latest information published on the Platform's official website. This policy governs how we handle your personal information. Please read it in full before using the Platform.
2. What information we collect
We collect: contact details you provide at registration (phone, company name, position); brand names, keywords, website URLs and content assets you submit while using monitoring, content generation and lead features; and technical information (IP address, user agent, access time) for security auditing and anti-abuse. We collect only the information necessary to provide the Platform's services.
3. How we use your information
Collected data is used solely to: deliver AI visibility monitoring, content production, distribution and reporting; protect account and data security (login auditing, brute-force prevention); improve service quality; and fulfil legal obligations. We do not use personal information for unrelated purposes. If we need to use it for a new purpose not stated here, we will seek your separate consent.
4. Sharing and third parties
We share data only: (1) with AI engine providers you select, to fulfil monitoring/generation requests (limited to the data necessary for those services); (2) when required by law or a competent authority (we cooperate within reasonable legal bounds); (3) with your explicit consent. We never sell, rent or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties except as described above. All third parties are bound by this policy's data-protection obligations.
5. Retention period
Account data is retained for the duration of your service. After termination, audit data required by law (e.g. cybersecurity level protection, at least 6 months) is kept; other business data can be deleted on request. Where law prescribes a longer retention period, that period prevails.
6. Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, copy and delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, to request an explanation of our processing, and to request a portable copy of your personal information. Use the "Data Export" feature in the admin panel for self-service export, or submit a deletion request. We will respond within a reasonable statutory timeframe.
7. Data security
We protect your data with transport encryption (TLS), static encryption (AES-256), access control (RBAC and multi-tenant isolation), multi-factor authentication, and audit logging. While we apply reasonable industry-standard security measures, no security measure can guarantee absolute safety. We will do our best to protect your data and will notify you in accordance with law in the event of a security incident.
8. Cross-border transfers
Some of the Platform's AI engine providers are located outside China. When you choose an overseas engine for monitoring, generation or similar functions, necessary data (such as brand terms, monitored keywords and content excerpts) may be transferred to servers abroad to provide the service. We implement lawful cross-border transfer mechanisms as required by Article 38 of the Personal Information Protection Law (standard contractual clauses, security assessment or certification), and will inform you when you select an overseas engine. Your continued use of the relevant functions constitutes your acknowledgement and consent to such transfer.
9. Minors
This platform serves business customers and is not intended for individuals under 14. If we discover we have collected a minor's data, we will delete it promptly. If you are under 14, please do not register or use the Platform.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies to maintain login sessions and form security (CSRF tokens), remember language preferences, and for traffic analytics (including optional third-party analytics code). See our Cookie Notice for details.
11. Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted prominently on the Platform or notified via in-app notices. The updated policy takes effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
